It is also possible to make non-laminated dough or sweet dough using the same danish concentrate. Both danish and sweet dough is commonly made on the same makeup lines.  One concentrate allows you to make both products with one concentrate by increasing the fat in the dough for sweet dough.  The resulting sweet dough is very soft with a smooth bite and texture.

Our unique emulsifier, gum and enzyme technology allows for extremely long shelf life danish pastries to be easily made at very affordable prices.   We have perfected the ESL technology in our danish concentrate.  We remove as much flour, sugar and shortening as possible to make a highly concentrated mix that allows you to use your own commodities.  The end danish is easily customized by varying the amount of shortening and sugar.  The flour type can also be varied to change the end texture.  Additional enriching ingredients such as egg yolks, milk, yogurt, cream cheese, and sour cream can be added to make truly unique danish pastries.  One Danish concentrate allows you to make many items from one mix.
