  • Ginger Lemongrass Broth
  • Light Cream
  • Unsalted Whole Butter
  • Flour Salt

Method of Preparation

  1. Melt butter slowly.
  2. Once melted slowly add in light cream while whisking.
  3. Pour in Ginger Lemongrass broth and stir.
  4. Add in Seafood Flavor Blend and flour salt.
  5. Cook on medium heat until a low boil is reached.
  6. Let broth stand for a few minutes then serve*.

*Serving suggestion: Pour over cooked vegetables and/or cooked noodles
