Method of Preparation
- Melt butter slowly.
- Once melted slowly add in light cream while whisking.
- Pour in Ginger Lemongrass broth and stir.
- Add in Seafood Flavor Blend and flour salt.
- Cook on medium heat until a low boil is reached.
- Let broth stand for a few minutes then serve*.
